Go Jello's refund policy
At Go Jello, your experience with our products is very important to us. While we place great value on quality, we understand that problems can occasionally occur. Here you will find our clear and fair policy on refunds, returns, and replacements.
⚠️ The products offered on this website are provided by a company based outside the EU. Exercising your 14-day right of withdrawal may therefore present practical difficulties. Please read the terms and conditions carefully for further details.
Orders
If you've already placed an order with us and encounter a problem, don't worry – we're here to help. Contact our support team, briefly describe your issue, and we'll find a suitable solution together.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your product is damaged, faulty, or delivered incorrectly, we will of course provide a free replacement.
Please contact us within 15 days of receiving your order and send us:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the product and the packaging
- A brief description of the problem
Once the case is confirmed, we will send you a free replacement product.
Refunds
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 working days , depending on your payment provider.
Returns for opened dietary supplements
Since our products are ingested, we cannot accept returns or refunds for opened or used products for safety reasons . This measure is for the protection of all customers – we ask for your understanding.
Refunds are not possible in case of a change of mind, dissatisfaction with the taste, or individual results with opened products, as results can vary from person to person. Please read the product descriptions carefully and contact us with any questions before purchasing.
14-day right of withdrawal
As a consumer, you have the legal right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason . The withdrawal period begins on the day on which you or a third party designated by you takes possession of the goods.
The right of withdrawal applies to unopened and sealed products . For products whose seal has been broken after delivery, withdrawal is excluded for hygienic reasons.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us by email at help@jellogo.com with a clear statement of your decision to withdraw from the contract.
Please note:- Returns are only possible after prior consultation with our support team.
- The buyer bears the costs of the return shipment .
- The purchase price will be refunded within 14 days of receiving your cancellation notice – provided that we have received the goods back or proof of return.
30-day satisfaction guarantee (goodwill policy)
Furthermore, as a gesture of goodwill, we offer a 30-day period if the product does not achieve the desired effect – even beyond the statutory right of withdrawal.
Please note:- Returns under this goodwill policy are only possible after prior consultation with our support team.
- For each approved return under the goodwill policy, a processing and restocking fee of €10 will be retained, as the product cannot be reused for safety reasons.
- The refund will be processed within 5-7 working days of receiving and inspecting the returned item, and will be credited to the original payment method.
- The buyer bears the costs of the return shipment .
- Since the return address is outside of Germany and the EU, additional customs duties and taxes may apply, which are also the responsibility of the buyer. We recommend checking with your local customs office beforehand.
Important instructions
- Refunds are not issued for individually varying results with opened products.
